Ko Aotearoa to tatou whenua tupu. New Zealand is our home. Nothing means more to us than improving it for our children.
Besides accelerating decarbonization and combatting climate change with green energy, Ventus has committed more than $2 million to ecology, community and cultural initiatives in the Waitomo district from our first New Zealand wind farm.
Protecting native avifauna such as Pekapeka tou-roa – the New Zealand long-tailed bat – is a critical responsibility for all of us. That’s why Ventus is funding bat research and supporting initiatives to make New Zealand predator-free.
Ventus acknowledges the interests and aspirations for the future of tangata whenua. We are proud to partner with tangata whenua wherever we work.
