CRRC.EV 10-meter pure electric city bus is newly developed by CRRC.EV,, is equipped with TEG’s fourth generation ePower pure electric drive system, and is built for modern urban bus, meeting customers’ demand for medium- & high-end bus.
The bus is applied with the monocoque body structure and the closed-loop side wall frame with high deformation resistance, improving the ability of body in terms of rollover and frontal collision protection. The bus adopts high quality electrophoresis, and harsh salt mist resistance test lasts for more than 1,000 h, featuring extra high corrosion resistance and body life as long as 10 years.
Electric drive system originates from the high-speed rail core technology, is developed independently, integrates more than 20 national “863” project results, and has independent intellectual property right. With permanent magnet motor, the bus features strong power and good gradeability. The full range of products are equipped with “Cloud communication” to monitor the bus status in a real-time way. The bus is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery, and the driving range is up to 180km. The charging method is combined with slow and fast charging, which is convenient for charging with little restriction. The bus has a series of protective devices to achieve fire, explosion, leakage preventions, and the electric drive system protection level is IP67, ensuring reliable and safe operation of the bus.
